Montreux Riviera card (complementary) gives free public transport to Montreux and Chateau de Chillon, as well as discounts on museums and lake steamers. Chaplin's World is well worth a visit.”

“The rooms are all individual in style/decoration and our room was spotlessly clean. We had really warm weather and it wasn't as noisy as we might have expected, having a room overlooking the outdoor restaurant. The staff were helpful and quick to help with any questions. The number of television stations, including English speaking channels was a nice surprise--and relaxing after walking all day. We liked being able to come and go through a separate entrance and not having to go through the bar/restaurant. The view over the lake--always a pleasure. The quality of the breakfast items was very good.”
“Great location, right near the boat, easy access to swimming in the lake, and old city. The room had a beautiful view of the lake as advertised and was very clean. Breakfast was good (although eating at the actual restaurant for lunch or dinner is expensive)”
“Great location, very central. Easy paid parking at the public lot out front, on Saturdays part of it turns into a very nice market. The train station is only about a 10 minute walk. Staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast was typical Swiss, meats, cheeses, bread, preserves, yogurts etc... The room was a fair size, with an open concept shower and toilet (no door)...this was alright since I was travelling with my boyfriend ;)”
