“Quiet clean, warm and tidy. In the room was a fridge, so you can bring your own food. There is a buffet in the corridor with 24-hour desk with cutlery, tea and coffee. About 15-20 min distance to the city center by feet. We arrived outside opening ours very early in the morning and the check in is just from 14 pm. But we called and asked maybe our room is ready and the answer was YES.”
“The situation was great and staff really helpful. We got a breakfast in your room every morning and it was just great.”
“Staff carefulness Comfortable well-equipped room Breakfast served in room Hotel position”
“Well located, as not far from the historical center. The price is rather low for Copenhagen and the bedroom is nice and quite, even the bathroom is really small. However, be aware that the rooms are on the fifth floor without elevator.”
“The room was clean ,breakfast delivered to your door daily but unless you caught the lady serving it you got the same thing every day, on arrival disappointed at the actual room very much smaller than the one we looked at on the internet.”
“Breakfast was brought right to our room every morning. Staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating. They went a few extra miles to help us get our luggage back which had been lost by the airline. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lots of outlets and there was a marvelous little breakfast table at which we could eat our breakfast.”
“A ten minute walk from Osterport rail station with many restaurants and small shops near by. Rooms were generally clean and the breakfast delivered to the room was adequate although a little hit and miss (obviously "soft boiled egg" has a different meaning here) Staff are friendly and helpful (although rare at the weekends)”
“Nice clean room with everything you need for a short stay. Good walking distance to train station and sights (Little Mermaid statue, Kastillet ...)”
“- Very friendly staff, especially the kind breakfast lady :-) - Good breakfast! - Large refrigerator in the room - Kitchen facilities across the hallway”
“The history and architecture of the city, people and their way of life.”
