“The best fried egg and bacon we'd tasted, it wasn't on the menu but cooked specially on request. The owners go out of their way to help. Even to the point of stepping in when there was no taxi available to the Chauvigny airfield. We flew in to Chauvigny in a four seat piper PA28 aircraft. The trip was well worth it, sight seeing from above and walking around the medieval town on the hill. We enjoyed the local restaurants too.”
