“Location was ok (although about 10 minutes from nearby metro station). Room (no. 121) is spacious, however not cozy furnished (not giving a feeling of warmth). Balcony is a plus. Very small bathroom yet newly furnished. Breakfast: Pleasantly surprised. Eggs and bacon were perfect! Staff: friendly. Great location to explore the English Garden.”

“Staff and location were excellent. The hotel is literally a minute walk from the English Garden. It is easily accessed by the Münchner Freiheit U-Bahn station. Breakfast was healthy and fresh. The staff make fresh eggs on order. Newspaper are provided. The place is quiet and peaceful at night.”

“Everything about this place is great. Excellent location to the English Garden, and short walk to a very nice little shopping/restaurant area. I would recommend renting a bike to get around the English Garden and town. No air conditioning but the room still stayed nice and cool during summer. A nice breakfast selection, more than I expected with plenty of options.”
“While maybe not equipped in the latest fancy manner, this is a very nice little hotel next to the English garden and a perfect getaway for you and your partner for a romantic weekend with long walks, bike trips and one of the best Munich beer gardens right next door. And any potential shortcomings are made up by the exceptionally friendly owners and staff. Would definitely book again.”
