“Вежливый и внимательный персонал. Ежедневная уборка номера. При заселении на просьбу поменять номер с видом на другую сторону улицы, откликнулись моментально, без проблем. Вкусные и сытные завтраки, ужины. Отель расположен в шаговой доступности до станции метро и трамвая "Аксарай", что идеально для тех, кто хочет быстро добраться до любого уголка Стамбула. Хочется предупредить, что призывы к молве слышны очень хорошо, потому что отель с двух сторон окружен мечетями. И конечно, хочется отметить один момент, что рядом проходит улица Лалели, где везде русские вывески, соотечественники, и турецкие продавцы, которые на каждом шагу на русском языке будут настаивать посетить именно их магазинчик.”
“Totul a fost minunat. Pozitia hotelului este super pentru vizitatorii centrului istoric al Istanbulului. Primirea in hotel a fost facuta cu profesionalism și ospitalitate. Am fost cazati imediat ce am ajuns, in jurul orei 12,00. Camerele erau foarte curate, primitoare iar peste tot domnea luxul. Se schimbau zilnic prosoapele. Am primit zilnic sampon, balasam și sapun natural. Se facea curatenie zi de zi. Micul dejun ca și cina au fost indestulatoare. Erau produse pentru toate gusturile: de la produsele lor traditionale ca supa de linte, pana la frituri de pui și deserturi fine. Totul a fost proaspat. Serviabilitatea personalului este de notificat. Ne-am simtit in siguranta. Vom reveni la acest hotel pe care il recomand cu caldura.”
