“This hotel was by far the most comfortable hotel we ever stayed in since the start of our family 6 months travel in South America. The weather outside was cold but we feel so comfortable inside the hotel/apartment as the insulation and subtle heating around the whole room was just right. We wanted to stay longer, however the hotel seems to be all booked up for the next few weeks. There is also a warm pool in another building with hot tub. Breakfast's spread was excellent too. If you are in Puerto Varas, this hotel is a must for family (of 4). we may come back again if its available in a few weeks (just to rest in the comfy room)”

The pool is a perfect place to rest at night with a wonderful view. The restaurant is perfect, I mean the food and the view while are you eating viewing the lake and volcanoes...perfect! Also is quite close to downtown and the neighborhood is quite safe and near to great restaurants.”
