Very helpful staff members were ready to help with any requests. Nespresso coffee machine was available near reception 24x7.”

“Great location - very close to two metro stations, Rome and Europe. We used Europe more as it had more connections to the main attractions. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was ok but that's the norm for Europe, we are used to really fast wifi in Ireland! We used the charger facility in the reception a lot as we only brought one charger cable with us. Staff were always courteous and accommodating. We were offered a late check out but didn't bother taking it, but it was nice to be asked. We didn't get breakfast so can't comment on that but there is a great bakery just around the corner with pastries, sandwiches, fruit and juices on offer. Complementary water on arrival.”
