“The hotel is across the road from the lake and is picturesque, as is view from it. The room we had ( we were upgraded) was large and very comfortable, as were the beds , there was a view of the lake from two windows and a side lake, and full mountain, view from the balcony. The food was good and reasonably priced ( for Switzerland ) . The WIfi access was excellent. Breakfast was good and there is ample off street, on site parking . The only slightly sour note was that one of the waitresses was somewhat offhand stating somewhat rudely she only spoke German and English, not French. Had her English been better, I wouldn't have ordered in French! However everyone has an off day and the hotel is charming, as were the rest of the staff.”
