“We just came back from staying two nights in this hotel. It is a great place to stay with nice breakfast with lots of choices. Staff is very helpful, friendly and they will go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. They arranged the Lake Titicaca boat tours , taxi to airport at 5 AM. They even arranged cake for one of our friends birthday while we were staying in the hotel. They also packed breakfast for us for our early flight. Hotel has Great rooms and bathrooms, only thing i didn't like is the carpet, looks little old. I highly recommend this place if you are in puno area. Really appreciated all the help staff members provided while we were there. I would definitely stay here again”
“The room we stayed in had no heater, and it would get cold at night. Suffice it to say, that a couple of us got sick. Also, on our last night, there was an extremely loud party across the street that made it absolutely impossible to sleep. We had to be up and ready by 5am.. Instead of having the staff relocate us to another room or do anything to help, all they picked say was that it should finish shortly and we shouldn't worry about it. Come 12am, and we had to go downstairs and ask to be moved. Also, it seemed as if our room was in the middle of construction since the bathroom wasn't completely tiled. The location was great and the breakfast was good. I just wished that the staff would be more proactive when it comes to making the stay enjoyable.”
“This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in the centre of Puno and is excellent value for money. What made our stay really special, however, was the helpfulness of the staff. We decided to leave early because my partner was suffering from altitude sickness. The lady at the desk helped us book a last minute tourist bus to Arequipa, took our money to the bank to pay for it so that we could go on a morning tour of the lake, and cancelled our second night in the hotel with no charge. She was just brilliant and made a difficult situation much easier.”
