“I have stayed here on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed! The hotel is superb and very central to Mende. It is beautifully appointed and the staff are pleasant and highly attentive. The food is to die for! Dinner is a gastronomic treat! From amuse-bouches to petits fours, through snails in tomato with individual crouton lids, through beautifully cooked main courses, all from local produce, to a splendid orange souffle. I cannot fault this hotel!”
