“The property is on a north/south route but tucked well away from any noise and clamor. Traveling north from the town of Targu Jiu, the road to the hotel passes through a beautiful scenic gorge. The town of Petrosani is a ten minute drive. The ambiance of the hotel is such that one feels immediately at ease. The restaurant has a very good menu, suitable for all tastes. Meals may be taken inside or out service is without undue delay. Staff are very charming and efficient. There is a very large car park so parking is extremely easy.”
“This hotel has become a regular stop-over for me enroute from Bulgaria to Ukraine & return. I usually stay in one of the apartments all of which have recently been renovated. Now there are English language programs on the TV, not that you will want the TV much because the hotel is set in a wonderful rural location on a direct north/south route yet only a short drive into the town of Petrosani. The staff will go out of their way to make sure all is correct for you. The restaurant produces very good food and there are both indoor and outdoor dining facilities.”
