“Once we moved to the 5th floor our room was huge and very comfortable with a large bed and a seating area. Good air con. Large fridge/minibar in room, drinks prices are reasonable. Second sink in room just outside the bathroom. Location is great, short walk to the main square and also to the cable cars. Not far from airport and bus station. Some staff are friendly, some not so much, but all are fairly helpful when you have questions and front desk staff all speak English. Breakfast is supposed to end at 10 but the staff keep replenishing items until everyone is done; one morning we (and others) were in the dining room until after 10.30. Also, breakfast starts at 5am which is great if you're going on a tour or have an early flight/bus. We were allowed stay in our room until 6pm and pay half the daily rate. Pool area is nice.”
