Lovely attentive staff, spacious comfortable room, excellent bar and lounge area and very good restaurant. Also top quality pool and spa. A few minutes walk uphill from the village centre but transport available on demand.”
“I cannot say enough about how amazing the service at this hotel is! I went with a group of 6 friends and we ended up getting stranded on a mountain during a thunderstorm. We called the hotel and they sent a driver up to pick us up right away. Then that evening we had an incredible dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the waiters were some of the best I have ever had in Italy. Amazing attention to detail but at the same time warm and friendly. Everything else about the hotel was just as lovely. The rooms were cozy and decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable. The spa is heavenly with a beautiful view of the countryside. The dinner food and the breakfast were both of the highest quality and extremely delicious. I only wish we could have stayed longer!”

“The hotel is the best in Cervina, in a nice location (only 5-7 mins walk from the centre of the town), with transfer to the ski lifts whenever you need it. Staff is very helpful and accomodating. Food in the restaurant is very good and ambiance is cozy, but sophisticated. Swimming pool is not very big, but quite beautiful and spa area is very relaxing.”
“The ever obliging staff rescued us 2 km from cervinia on our first night when our hire car with "winter tyres" failed to make it up the mountain. It was midnight and v scary slip sliding across the road. They couldn't do enough to help us.”
