“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They listened to our concerns and seemed to care. Two examples: 1. part of our luggage had been lost by our airline and they helped us call the airline to resolve the problem; 2. our daughter mentioned (in passing) that she liked the architecture in the area and the next day the recptionist handed her a relevant article she had looked for on the internet and printed out. The rooms and all facilities were very clean.”
