“There is a lot of difference between the new and old part of the hotel. We booked a family room and were given a room in the old part of the hotel. The room had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. We complaint about this at the reception and were given 2 connecting rooms in the new part of the hotel. They do have air conditioning and are much larger. After this change of rooms our stay was perfect.”
