“Staff were great. Breakfast was good and location next to sea”
“Great view and great pool. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. Also very close to walk to other restaurants in the small town.”
“Everything! The staff was very friendly and nice. Especially the pool boys and the waiters in the restaurant- helpful and attentive! The room was spot less and comfortable. Small tv screen but we didn't want to watch it anyway. The saltwater pool was LOVELY and the views are amazing. Breakfast was really good, many choices and well kept. It's a gem!”
“Beautiful water with a rocky coastline. There's a ladder to climb down into the sea from the rocks.”
“The breakfast was very good a large choice of continental breakfast with fresh fruit and scrambled egg and bacon. The room was of reasonable size only with good en suite and air conditioning. We had a room on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool and sea. The hotels best facility is the swimming pool which is very good and kept spotless but it is needed as I could see no proper beaches in the area. The hotels position in relation to the village and harbour was good it was about about 5 to 10 minute walk around the harbour to a good selection of restaurants sea food of allsorts being the main choice. We did eat in the hotel one night and the food we had was good but you could get better and cheaper by the harbour.”
“The location was really good. The staff were all first rate. The pool area was terrific. On the whole it was very clean.”
“Croissants and breakfast were perfect along with the staff. I prefer a softer bed and pillows.”
“Hotel and pool are spotlessly clean. The service also excellent. We upgraded to a superior ground floor room with patio and direct pool access. This was well worth it as the patio is a good size, equipped with sunloungers and patio table and chairs. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, and the outdoor seating area in the restaurant had stunning views over the sea. The location is perfect for sightseeing. We visited Locorotondo, Ostuni, Alberobello, all less than 40 minutes away, and Matera 1 hour 40 minutes (well worth a visit). Savelletri itself is a lovely place to stay. We had booked our room for 7 nights and intended to move on elsewhere, but decided to extend our stay for 4 more nights. There are some lovely restaurants in the town, but the hotel isn't good for evening meals.”
“The hotel is virtually on the sea so the views from my room were magnificent. The rooms were simple and clean and the staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. It was the perfect tranquil getaway and I hope some day to return. I could not recommend it enough.”
“A modern and relaxed stylish hotel on the north western edge of Savelletri and set right on the water's edge. The pool and its setting are fabulous and there is also a little ladder if you want a sea swim off the rocks. Good breakfast on offer. The restaurant at other times had a reasonable choice but seemed a little functional compared to some of the lively restaurants just 8 minutes or so by the harbour. There is a little lounge and library area with a somnolent computer for use free of charge. The staff throughout were friendly and attentive. A splendid five day stay.”
