“Modern business hotel right next to the Hakodate Chuo station so ideal to connect to the bullet trains. Very smart room. Staff very helpful. Good range of restaurants just outside the hotel in mall areas.”
“The location of the hotel can't be beat, just a walk away from the station. The facility is new and the staff very helpful. If you are taking the bullet train from Honshu this will be the last stop before transferring to other destinations so its a perfect base point for travel around Hakodate. The buffet breakfast was so good with enough items to get us ready for the day. They have a small onsen on the lobby floor with massage chairs. Additionally they provide professional massage services for an additional fee (very convenient). I ended up choosing a special at that time for an acupressure massage. It melted away all the stress. The rooms are standard size for Japanese hotels. We were able to get a standard room with 2 double beds and 2 futon for the kids to sleep on. Overall the stay was excellent and I will definitely come back to this hotel as it can be beat for location, quality and service.”
