“We were very happy that for all this money, at least we had a good accomodation. Beds are very big, comfortable and even long - 2m is exceptional in South America. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We didn't have dinner at the restaurant but the food served at the bar in the lobby is great. Still expensive, but so much more worth the money than the lousy meals you get at the refugio. The hotel is closest to the W circuit trail than any of the other accomodations in the Las Torres area.”

“The staff hooked us up with a slightly larger room with an exceptional view. They were very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome. We did rent a car to get there which made life easy. Very comfy beds and great heat.”

“This is an absolutely stunning hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in October and had an amazing time. I would recommend booking a Superior Room, as the views across the lake are incredible, we never tired of watching the weather change. The staff were excellent, so helpful, and we were really happy with the excursions that we booked through the hotel. The meals were delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Torres del Paine, it is really special.”

“The view. It's like nothing else you've ever seen. Beautifully designed and surprising hotel literally in the middle of nowhere. Glacier and icebergs visible from your room! Super comfy, super king bed. Lovely bar and restaurant. 1hr + car drive from the nearest civilisation, get fuel before you leave, drive safely; the road is stony and full of potholes - but it's fun!”
