“Ms Luana (the owner) is very friendly and helpful; she speaks also a very good English. There was also a gentleman (not sure if husband, or a hotel manager) who was also very helpful and accommodating. It´s a family run BnB, which is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the main promenade and the beach, 15min walking distance from the train station and apx 8 minutes from the supermarket (in case you need it). There are lots of restaurants near by. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”
“The hotel was charming and Luana and her staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The apartment was well equipped and the room was cleaned and fresh towels provided every day. There was a good wifi signal in the rooms. The level of comfort was definitely more than two stars. There was also a discount offered at a local bagno which we took advantage of.”

“This hotel is a real big deal. Knowing the situation of the WIFI in the italian hotels, I can easily say that the best confort in Luana Hotle is the big performance of the WIFI. The location is perfect. Walking distance from the sea side, deal with Bagno Italia and surrounded by good restaurants.”

“The hotel is spotlessly clean! Employees are nice and helpful. The hotel is only a street away from the beach and around 10 minutes walk from the train station where you can get direct trains to Pisa, Florence and Lucca. You can also get a direct bus from Viareggio to Pisa Airport for only 3 euros.”
“The location was very nice, 5 minutes to the beach and 15 to train station, and you get a nice little breakfast. The price is very cheap. But you get what you pay for and nothing more. Lower your expectations. I will not stay here again.”
