- All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. Please note that a designated smoking area is provided at the Courtyard.<br><br>===<br>For guests arriving after 21:00, please communicate estimated arrival time to the hotel prior to arrival.<br><br>===<br>Payment before arrival is required. A prepayment equivalent to the first night's room charge will be processed upon reservation confirmation. For non-refundable booking rates, the full payment will be processed upon reservation confirmation.<br>A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>Please inform Hotel Mezzo in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.</p><p>A damage deposit of MYR 50 is required upon arrival. That's about 9.06GBP. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.</p>
