“Nothing. This place has no value for the amount charged. It is not a place for leisure or relaxation. You cannot sleep at night with an open window, the noise is just too much even on the 6th floor. The hotel is not near the beach, is located on one of the most noisy streets in Constanta on the Mamaia Bulevard. You can see the sea from the noisy side and there is no balcony, you can only open half a window. If you want to sleep with fresh air then prepare yourself to stay up all night and listen to the horrible noise plus there is a private property next to the hotel that has a dog that barks non stop. The rooftop restaurant is plain ugly and depressing. Stood there for 15 minutes and nobody even asked me if I want anything so I left. Wanted a beer from ground floor bar and I was told that nobody works there.”
