“The desk was very responsive and helpful, values his customers. If happened to me to come back to Dusseldorf, I will go nowhere but Hotel Moon. The property was very clean, calm and cozy. The size of the room was small but I was offered a two single bed room for no extra charge. He gave me all the information needed for a new visitor of Dusseldorf. without hesitation I will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends intend to visit Dusseldorf.”
“The hosts at the Hotel Moon were superfriendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is fairly basic but very clean and comfortable. Fast and reliable wifi. The breakfasts are excellent with plenty to eat. Free car parking onsite - rare in Dusseldorf. Location wise - it is a 20 min walk to the Altstadt or the mainshopping area. All in all an excellent visit.”
“Our host was fantastic! He was a combination bellboy, check-in, security guard and more. Parking lot held about 6 cars, but we only needed one space. The rooms aren't huge, but perfect for a couple of people who were travelling. Comfortable and clean.”

“Very quiet facing the inner court and looking at and over the roofs of neighboring houses. Recently renovated or rebuilt with charming angles (a former attic), sparesely decorated and light colours. A good bed. A supermarket two blocks away and there are restaurants near the hotel as well.”
