“Lovely hotel overlooking the harbour. Room very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit meagre, and the staff (suspect husband and wife) were pleasant, but not really welcoming - a bit reserved, so didn't make you feel really at home. A smile always helps!!”

The staff were extremely warm and helpful, giving us day trip recommendations and information about the area. “We were a mature couple & a single (all family). We all were very happy there and were surprised it only had a 1-star rating (but don't know how that works). One of our 2 rooms had a great view towards the bay & port, the other looked onto a grassy field with a horse. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. Walking distance to the bus station (15-20 mins), partly uphill. The rooms & decor were charming, cosy and homey, not glitzy modern.”

The secure garage is included in the room price. It is an excellent location from which to tour the local area.”
