“The Manager, Steve, speaks good English, if your French is scratch, and his customer service is spot on. He is French btw. The breakfast is decent, but be warned it's an extra to pay - the way they word it at reception you assume it's part of your boolong, and it's not!!”
“The simple answer to the question of 'What did we like' is 'everything' ! A well run hotel catering for all our needs. Warm, friendly, clean, good food and drink, plenty hot water and a cozy atmosphere, what more could you want ? The day was to start with a great selection of which to choose for your breakfast, all without any fuss. The tables fully laid out with an interesting view of the lake (very peaceful). In the evening, good food on offer and a game of 'pool' to finish off. It was most noticeable that there were some nice little added extras laid on to make our stay a pleasure. This hotel is able to offer good value for money and we are looking forward to staying again in the not too distant future. john B.”

“Our bed a little harder than we like, but still comfortable. Not easy to find. The only sign to it is facing to be seen by people coming from Villaines-la-juhel LaJuhel. You have to turn left (if traveling from the village) and go a short way down the road. Not on the man eoad. Inn was charming, breakfast was good.”
“Peaceful location. Just a bit hard to find. Signs to the hotel could be improved. Welcoming. Great rooms and very comfortable bedroom and huge, luxurious bathroom... unusual. Good logis meal able to eat quite late after long journey so a flexible hotel. Value for money.”
