“The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming”
“Friendly helpful staff, good Wi fi, good room, very comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Excellent breakfast. Very good value for money. There is no free parking nearby but the hotel has its own secure parking lot with security cameras about 100 yards away for 6 Euros per day. The old town with many restaurants is a 10 minute walk across the bridge. Pilsen is a beautiful city with many well preserved historic buildings and of course the brewery. I would stay at the Palace hotel again and certainly recommend it.”
“Location: relatively close to the center, the twin is pretty small so you could walk everywhere. Very quite at night and in the morning.Room: huge room with all the furniture that they listed; chairs coffee table, a desk, a tv, an AC, a small closet sink with glasses& cups to make coffee and tea. And the bathroom has a huge tub with both a shower head and a faucet.Very clean.Staff: one of receptionists knew English very well and was extremely helpful when we asked for a place to hike, also with the directions and the transportation.Breakfast: basic European breakfasts with fresh bread ans fruits. ”
“The breakfast was good -scrambled eggs, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, ham+cheese etc, etc Our room was quiet- on the inner side (not street side) and no one was in the room next to us. The bathroom was very nice.”

“Everything was great. Spacious room with place to sit, desk, and comfy bed. Big bathroom was good shower/bath and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good and fresh. Just a 5 minute walk over the bridgr into the old town area, 10 to Pilsner Urquell area.”
