“The welcome from Luigi, Sandra, and their two children Daniela and Federico is second to none. This is their home (indeed Luigi was born in this house!) and it has the feel of a second home when staying as their guest. No detail is too small, from a preference for the kind of mattress to the colour of the beach towel one prefers. Luigi will call ahead to check with restaurants, galleries or as regards transport, making sure your needs are met and you are expected. He was very generous with his time, dropping me to the beach and picking me up after my various outings. The room was beautiful and the view beyond compare, both from my balcony and from the terrace where breakfast is served. Could not recommend more highly.”
“If you want to experience being part of a caring Italian family on your holiday, this is the place to stay. Located away from hustle bustle of bigger towns, this hotel ticks all the boxes. A million € view, a most thoughtful and accomodating owner. His gorgeous family work in the hotel too. The food is freshly prepared and delicious. Served in the roof top restaurant over looking the sea. Breakfast is generous and fresh. A welcome snack and drink was most welcome. Local Sita bus from Amalfi, ask to stop at bus stop number 4, just outside this fabulous Pellegrino hotel.”

“What can I say, this place was wonderful! Luigi and his family could not have been better hosts! We felt like we were part of their family. Luigi goes out of his way to make u feel comfortable, even driving you to restaurants if need be. We ate at their restaurant our first night there and frankly I feel their food was better than the other places we dined at, and I'm a foodie! The risotto with shrimp and asparagus was some of the best risotto I have had! Everything was done with love and care.”
