“The bar-b-cue in the beer garden was excellent, on a warm evening and very reasonably priced. Reception was very welcoming on arrival. The availability of a lift for my wife who now has difficulty in climbing stairs was particularly beneficial. Excellent choice for breakfast.”

“Just 5 mins walk into historic Alsfeld loads of free parking spaces. Room was a decent size with generous balcony (not used in November) clean though a little dated and the shower was particularly good. Restaurant is well reviewed but did not eat there as my Veggie other half did not really fancy anything on the menu. However the breakfast was superb with great service excellent coffee and the best boiled eggs tasted in many a year! Reception staff helpful.”
