“Las habitaciones entregadas no fueron lo que se reservó y las camas estaban en mal estado , las habitaciones estaban llenas de humedad y uno de los baños no estaba funcionando, el desayuno de nuestras reservas no fue el mismo que para el resto de los huéspedes del hotel , por ser gente de trabajo los discriminaron y atendieron muy mal !!!”
