“The hotel was exactly what we've expected for the price. Just a simple regular hotel with all the amenities you'll need. They have a public bath which was great. Also the staff didn't speak that good English but we extremely nice and helped us wherever they could.”
“The hotel is spanking new, and very neat - well, most houses in Ishinomaki are new due to the Tsunami that took away so much of the old buildings in 2011. The hot bath was fantastic, what a service to have a free 'onsen' for the guests, and as most guests are working men, my wife got to enjoy the ladies bath all on her own. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts too, the hotel felt initially rather pricey, but when experiencing what we got, we were more than happy to pay the price.”

“禁煙者でしたが喫煙室しか空いていなく（直前の申し込みだったから仕方がない）喫煙者とすれ違うだけで匂いが感じるのに、部屋はさほど匂いがしなかった。念のため消臭スプレイは持参したがさほど使わなくても済んだ。清掃と清掃者が敏感だったのかとても満足した。部屋着が合わなかったが対応してもらいフロント対応にも満足いたしました。”
