“The hotel is lovely and a great location - however we were two single girls and requested 2 single beds. We were given a double bed. When I asked Reception if we could change rooms for a room with twin beds (i.e. 2 beds that are actually SEPARATED from each other) I was told that they only had one type of bed in the whole hotel and that all rooms were the same. However, the next morning, I passed a room which was being cleaned and there were 2 x single beds in the room. So either reception lied, or they misinterpreted whas I meant by "2 single beds". Annoying - but as it was only for one night, we put up with it.”

“Pretty much everything! The views were amazing and the staff all friendly and helpful, we arrived early and they were happy for us to leave car in car park the whole time. Lovely balcony in room looking over the town and mountains. Only 2 mins walk from spa, ill def visit again.”
