“We were called from the hotel in the day we were supposed to start our stay and we found out that in the apartment we booked we are not allowed to bring a dog, but we were driving there with our dog in the car. After a long discussion and several options debated, we were told that although the apartment is hippo allergenic, we can bring our dog. That was great to hear and we were grateful for understanding and kindness. When we arrived, the fireplace was lit.”
