“Good and strategic place to go anywhere, nearby oldtown”
“We stayed at this hotel during the first week of December. The Christmas markets are set up just outside the hotel's front door! So it was nice that we were located right with the fun. However, if you have to get to bed early, the music in the town square might be too loud to get to sleep. The hotel was an easy walk from the Lucerne train station.”
“Firstly the entrance appearance put us off, secondly the staff was not accommodative. We paid for the breakfast including for the child but the breakfast was disappointing and they did not provide as promised. Overall very disappointing and we will not recommend to any of my friends.”

“The room size was adequate for 3 people. The room was well appointed with parquet flooring. Room had a balcony which looked out onto a cobble stone lined street. Washroom was adequately sized and provisioned with toiletries. House keeping and cleaning was carried out daily.”
