“Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber. De eigenaar en het personeel waren uiterst attent. Gelukkig konden we voor meerprijs worden overgeboekt naar het hoofdgebouw. (Ik loop moeizaam met een rollator)”
“Vriendelijk personeel. Van ontvangst tot en met uitchecken alle lof. Mooie ruime kamer met apart zithoekje. Goede bedden. Sanitair en inrichting wel gedateerd maar toch een dikke voldoende. Goed ontbijjt met ruime keuze. En ‘s avonds heerlijk eten in het restaurant. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Winterberg kiezen we weer dit hotel.”
