Our room was great, the hotel is right downtown and across from the main train station, but unlike in a lot of cities in Europe, in Zurich the main train station is in a great neighbourhood. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the breakfasts were fantastic (try the eggs Benedict) and the staff was superb. I can't rate this hotel highly enough. Booking.com gives the hotel a 4 star rating but it seems like a 5 star in everyway.”

“Conveniently located right across from the main train station (and very close to the old town area) in a beautiful building with all the modern amenities. At check in we were welcomed with sparkling wine / fresh squeezed orange juice and a wet towel to freshen up. Room has everything one needs. Our room faced the courtyard so was very quiet, but no view. Breakfast was very good which included a menu of hot breakfast items made to order. Service at the restaurant as well as the reception staff was excellent.”
