“We stayed here for two nights while visiting Freiburg. It's a lovely hotel. We had a room for 3 which was very roomy. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the receptionist went to a lot of trouble helping us to get the correct bus and tram into Freiburg. On one of the evenings, we ate in the restaurant and the food was very good and the waitress Paulina was extremely good. The breakfast was very good although on the second day the food ran out and by the time they replenished the food everyone had left. I would recommend the hotel and would certainly stay there again.”

“Good hotel for a motorcyclist, with a dry and locked underground garage. This is rare but essential for us. Hotel very helpful in this respect, with radiators for wet leather gear to try and get them ready for the next day. Reception was very good and the lady in charge spoke excellent English and exuded a caring attitude! I chose this hotel as it left a makeable journey to Calais and had a restaurant on site. This supplied an excellent menu (in English) and a three course quality meal at 29 euro with drink, which was most acceptable. The room was also spacious, quiet and had a nice en-suite.”
