“My wife and I arrived late in the evening (around 9:15pm) but the owner came out to our car and brought our luggage up to our room and made sure the kitchen stayed open for us. The server and the owner waited on us as if we were the only ones there. We ate on the hotel restaurant patio overlooking the Rhine River - the food was amazing. Their house wine is excellent - we even bought some more bottles the next morning to take home with us! Breakfast the next morning was superb, excellent service, excellent choices for food.”
“The room was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed so trains were not an issue. It was immaculate and light and bright. The staff pulled down the shutters during a very warm period so the room was cool on my return. Breakfast was great. I liked the personal way it was available at your table and not from a buffet. Dinner choices were also very good.”
