“Staff is very nice. The owner of the place is friendly and tries to help the best he can. He even brought me to Nagano Station (10-minute drive), knowing that I had two huge pieces of luggage with me (the local train to Nagano Station did not have any elevators/escalators). The room itself is spacious and cozy.”

“Owners of the Unicorn Hotel are extremely nice and helpful. They did whatever they could to make our stay comfortable and we felt in total quite nice there in spite of a few inconveniences. The rooms are quirky and the bathroom is actually really cool, the view from the balcony next to our room was really nice so we could see the hills surrounding Nagano. The hotel is close the shops and really close to the Zenko-ji temple so it is in the heart of Nagano which was definitely a plus.”
