“We booked this hotel for an overnight stay. The hotel has amazing views of Mont Blanc, although we were a little disappointed our balcony was on the front side of the hotel where we could only just about see it. The breakfast was very good, but at times i felt slightly uncomfortable by the staff and felt they were watching you. The man on reception was very helpful in supplying the locations of the nearest restaurants, which were all within a 5 minutes walk away. We ended up going to La Palad Ristorante - Pizzeria/Bar and sat on the terrace with the magnificent backdrop of the mountains, the staff were cheerful and attentive and the food cheap and ok.”

“The hotel is just a couple of minutes from the motorway. The location is brilliant, the view from our room was spectacular, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast next morning was absolutely fantastic. Would go back there in a heartbeat.”

“The appeal of any hotel must be "would I stay here again?" Parking was easy and plentiful. The receptionist spoke perfect English with a comprehensive introduction to the hotel and surrounding restaurants. I am sorry to say my bed was the hardest and narrowest I've ever slept in, or didn't for a great deal of the night. My room, although spotlessly clean was rather dark and any lighting was diffused by the almost opaque lampshades and darkened pine cladding. We arrived for breakfast at 9:30 which finishes at 10:00. The food available gave the impression it was calculated to keep the remaining guests happy, although there wasn't a shortage of anything, there most certainly was not an abundance. It is not for the guest to ask for replenishment, it is the duty of the hotel to be observant and provide it. We were looking forward to the Vallee Blanche but it did not live up to expectations from the reviews and we wouldn't stay again, sorry.”

“A family run hotel in a great location. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfasts. Decent sized room with ample storage. Heated ski store for your skis, boots etc. Shuttle bus to local Val Veney ski lift. Excellent local restaurants”

“The owner and his family could not do enough for us, from sorting our equipment hire, shuttle buses, local food, snow room and other great facilities at this very clean, homely hotel. Breakfast was also lovely with fresh eggs cooked to your likiing on order as part of the deal. On the night before we left there was a heavy snow fall and we were due to leave by car at 5am the following day and he cleared the car park with his digger and let us park in his personal garage so we wouldnt be snowed in”
