“On the second night we were allowed to move to a bigger room (even though it was a more expensive room the manager didn't charge us extra) which suited us better. All staff went above and beyond their usual duties to make us feel welcome, and to make our stay more comfortable. The friendliness of the staff was exemplary. Complementary coffee and tea was always available, and breakfast was fantastic.”

“Nice new clean rooms. We had the standard twin rooms, which were very small, but were adequate for us for a night's stay, had private baths and on one side of the hall had nice water views. Breakfast room was sunny and nice and the breakfast was lovely. Our kids loved having the waffle maker, and the woman managing the breakfast (and also later spotted cleaning rooms) was super friendly and very helpful (refilling the batter for us without asking even though we were the last folks there). Front desk staff was very capable and nice also.”
