“bh Hotel is in a great location. It offers you the opportunity to walk to many different restaurants, shops, movies and stores. It’s a busy yet safe area. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Julian took his time to assist me on several occasions with purchasing tickets and looking for specific venues. The breakfast had enough variety to make it good and its location on the 11th floor is a lovely way to start your day.”
“I have really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel BH Poblado which is e pretty new hotel. Therefore the facilities and rooms are in great condition. We stayed in room 715 and had an amazing view with a great balcony. The hotel is very well situated across the Santa Fe Shopping Mall who has other than shopping stores various fast food and dine in restaurants. Poblado, where the hotel is located is very safe, one can stroll the streets relaxed. The hotel has a small gym where you can do mostly cardio. It also has a sauna, however we did not use it. The restaurant serves e very limited breakfast, however the staff is very pleased to accomodate you with special requests like omelettes or sunny side ups. During the day and till the evening the restaurant only serves sandwiches. Nonetheless there are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend the BH Poblado and would definitely stay there again if visiting Medelling.”

“Large room, very comfy bed, reliable airport pickup at good rate, great internet connection (enough for an impromtu Skype conference). Staff was very courtious and professional. We (as two women in our early 30s) felt the area was safe to walk day and night.”
“Most of all I loved the staff! They are friendly, helpful and professional. Not once did I see an employee that was not smiling. Everyone at the front desk went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were clean and comfy. Plenty of bathroom supplies, sheets were very soft and loved the pillows. Fresh sheets daily. Breakfast was good. Attention in the restaurant was the best I have seen in any hotel. We even ate in the restaurant sometimes for lunch or dinner. Nice outside patio with coffee always available. In the rooms, we had a coffee pot too. Nice touches in decor. Close to shopping and restaurants. Location is perfect! Will definitely stay there again!”
