“This is a very nice hotel in a very quite country town. I traveled with family and we rented 5 rooms for the night. All rooms were excellent and clean. The two rooms that faced the main street were spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was surprisingly good.”
“The staff, Julie and Damien, were the best assets of the hotel. They were both extremely helpful and welcoming. I loved the informal atmosphere and the country setting. The rooms were comfortable with full amenities, but typically low illumination. This was not really a problem for me. On the other hand and untypically, there were plenty of outlets for all my electronic devices and the wifi was great.”

“Located in a quiet village in the Champagne-Ardenne, this lovely hotel was perfect in every way. Our hosts Damian and his wife , were very helpful and Damian's cooking was superb. I'd recommend his home made terrine as a perfect starter to any meal. Everything was freshly cooked to order and service was excellent. The room was huge and we both slept very well. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer Thank you Damien and thanks too to your lovely wife. Sean”
“The young couple who run this hotel have kept the 'period' decor. Initially this looks 'dowdy' and then you realise the the look is intentional and it is like being transported back to a now bygone age! The restaurant meal (cooked by the owner) was excellent and not too pricy and the breakfast was good as well. We opted for the larger bedroom at just 10€ extra and I think this was worth it.”
