“Until we came to depart, this was a normal good one night hotel stay with friendly staff at an hotel that we had used in previous years. The adjacent Corte Paille restaurant was one of our favourites too. When I bumped my head on a descending car door and severed a minor artery, all that changed. They brought paper napkins to try to staunch the flow, called the sapeurs pompiers to haul me off to A & E. As time went by with no news, they called hospitals and brought my wife to see me. They even jump started our car to get us on our way afterwards.”
“Great service - we arrived at 10:30pm after a 7 hour drive. Restaurant was kept open for us; extra pillows immediately; paperwork to be done in morning so we could relax at night. Thank you to Alexandra on reception and restaurant staff. Smallish room but super comfortable bed and small bathroom but with bath and good shower. Free parking on site is a bonus.”
