“The staff were extremely nice & friendly! Everyone was always willing to help answer any questions, give us more towels, etc. They were also knowledgeable about the city & offered great suggestions on where to go and what to see. On another note, the bed was sooo comfy and the pillows were actually comfortable too! :)”
“Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean.”
“Close to UNM hospital, clean, comfortable room, safe, excellent breakfast.”
“The front desk guy was excellent! Very personable AND knowledgeable!”
“Good value for the money. Convenient location. Mostly pretty quiet. Staff was super nice and helpful. Security on site to protect vehicles in parking area.”
“Ms Amy Serrano was very helpful by giving me directions how to reach the university by walking.”
“Great value for the price. We had varied breakfast choices including scrambled eggs and one day, Pancakes, with apples, fruit juice, decaf/reg coffee, cereal, bagels, toast, and muffins. The eating area was light and airy just off the lobby. The swimming pool was a great size and the whirlpool with towels and seating areas was a great environment. Once I was alone, other times I shared with families--the was ample room for all. There was a bus to the downtown area--only $1/$.35 for "honored citizens" i.e., Seniors and Disabled. Bus #11 came every 10 minutes. Only problem was you had to cross a busy highway to get to poorly marked bus stop going into town. There were 2 elevators, but you had to go up about 5 steps to get to them from the lobby.”
“The staff were very friendly and helpful, enjoyed my stay and will definitely be staying at this location when I return to Albuquerque.”
