“The hotel staff neither Booking.com told me upfront about the $40 a day deposit, and the hotel isn’t safe we had the donot dusturb sign in the door and people tried to enter in our room while we were sleeping. And the room I reserved on booking.com the hotel didn’t have available and I feel the communication between Booking.com and the hotels should be clearer this isn’t the first time this has happened to us in which we reserved and paid for a rim and had to be downgraded at the same price ☹️”

“We loved the location, of course. Our bartender at the lobby bar (same courteous, helpful, young man all three nights) was a delight each evening before turning in. We were also quite pleased with the gracious service we received from the gentleman at the front desk during check out. Parking staff was very friendly and courteous and very speedy.”
