“The service was incredible. Wiktoria on reception answered questions quickly and politely, from before arrival passed on my messages to staff without me knowing to decorate the room and gave a card for my mums 70th . They went above and beyond expectations. The room was the highlight of the vacation with 2 full glassed windows so when you are inside and warm you can watch the snow storms as though you are outside. Thank you for making my parents stay so special!”
