“The hotel is quite dated but it has had a very good makeover with very nice on suite bathrooms etc. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location of the hotel couldn't be better and the free use of the manned ski room across the road at the telecabine building is a fantastic bonus. The best thing about this hotel though was the friendliness and excellent service from all the staff , both in the restaurant and at reception. They really made you feel welcome.”
“Very friendly welcome, room was nice with a balcony. The hotel has a place outside if one wishes to have a drink after a walk. Conveniently located at the entrance of this beautiful village Grimentz. Don't miss the Lake Moiry and the nice walk along its side after crossing the barrage.”
“We were really happy here and were made to feel very welcome. Brilliant powerful shower, adequate room, great food in restaurant - both for eve meals (luxurious and good value including variety of local specialities) and breakfast (loved the interesting fruit salad). Perfect location! Next to ski hire shop and lift station and very near to Coop for chocolates! Could ski right down, just had to cross road to hotel (the closest we've ever been to ski-in-ski-out!). Stunning views across valley at breakfast. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, lovely atmosphere. No problems with noise at all even though we had the window open all the time and looked out on the lift station side: hard to believe how it could be so quiet!!!”
