“I chose this hotel because of its location (in the centre of Luchon), its secure car parking, that it has a lift and a restaurant. Unfortunately, the owner refused us a seat in the restaurant, so we had to walk to the centre of town for a mediocre dinner. My room was a good size with the en-suite screened off from the rest of the room (no door). No coffee making and minimal facilities for storing clothes and a lack of power points (it's an old building). However, the breakfast was to "standard" and the owner was pleasant enough. OK for an overnight stop.”
“Fantastic staff. Owner could not have been more helpful. Allowed us entry to the room at 9am and even gave us a lift to the Station and refused to be paid. Superb.”
“Hotel next to park in central town. Amazing silence place. ”
“The manager was very helpful, getting me some stove fuel for a backpacking trip and booking a taxi.”
“It's a very nice hotel. The reception is very kind and welcome;) The bedroom is comfortable and clean”
“Quiet and comfortable. Visited in early September.”
“Most of the clientelle of this hotel seemed to be here to take the waters in town and were very old. The décor and bland meals suited the overall atmosphere of visiting an old people’s home. The car park, however, was inconveniently located about 150 metres away through a security gate whose 5-figure code we had to memorise.”
“-Very comfortable beds, matresses and the room in general. Rooms can be darkened by thick curtains, everything was neat and clean during our visit. -friendly staff”
“An old style hotel which is still in good condition.”
“The landlord fetched us in his own car when we were stranded at the bus station.”
