“The comfort and amenities of the Hotel are lovely. The room service was good, food wise, but I asked for a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and was told there was none available. Only Chardonnay... seems strange for a 5* hotel? I had to settle for a gin and tonic as neither my husband nor I wanted a bottle of wine. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were also excellent with one member on the front desk taking the trouble to explain the town and map layout which was very helpful. We shall return because of his enthusiasm and kindness to us as new visitors. We did not want to use the Casino but if had arrived earlier would have used the Spa facilities.”
