“This Chateau is beautiful. The grounds were so peaceful and relaxing, plus our room was quite spacious. Sure, there are a few things that need fixing, but we have stayed in top resorts that had faults and/or needed repair. All of the staff was friendly/cheerful---special kudos to Mary who carried my heavy luggage up the very steep and lengthy stairs to our room (it got lost in transit and arrived before we got there). The restaurant was fantastic and after we did the 15 course dinner with the wine pairing, I swore I would never eat again. It is conveniently located to D-Day beaches/museums/memorials. We hope to take advantage of the spa on our return.”
