“The location was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The décor was quirky as we'd expected. We would definitely stay again as we only slept at the hotel and spent the rest of the time exploring beautiful Le Marais district.”
“Excellent location and great value for money. Classic restaurants in the streets. 10 minutes walk from the Notre Dame”
“Reception staff were great. Helpful and gave good recommendations on places to site see. Fantastic local restaurant recommendations.”
“Quite unique hotel furnished in an old style – the decoration, colours, flowers are really tuned. Exceptionally well located. Marais, Louvre, Notre Dame …. are in walking distances. Reasonable continental breakfast. Good for budget travellers looking for a friendly atmosphere.”
“The staff was hospitable and very attentive. The room was spacious enough for us to feel comfortable even with the baby cot taking some room. Everything was clean and in very good condition. Breakfest was good and typical french (don't expect to get low calorie or whole grain in this city). ”
“The decor and the location! Really Parisian and romantic and sexy. Great balcony and view.”
“Location is perfect; surrounding area is flamboyant and joyful, very central and close to most tourist attractions. Hotel is rustic; all furniture and decorations are really old/antique, but in good shape. Room is quiet, and bed is comfortable, good view from window. Staff is friendly and helpful.”
“Fantastic hotel! A bit different from big hotel chains, and that is what makes it wonderful. The staff was very helpful, the price very good, very clean and the location is fantastic!”
“lovely breakfasts, cheerful and very helpful staff, rooms always made up in prompt manner, close to so many other activities - Paris is very accommodating, stored luggage after check-out time, safe, withing walking distance of most parts of the city, situated in the old Jewish quarter - The Marais, elevator from the 1st floor - we stayed on the sixth,”
“This quirky hotel was excellent value for money in a superb location right on the main train line and surrounded by restaurants, bars and good shopping. The Louvre was less than 1km walk; the Notre Dame and the magnificent Saint Chappelle even less. Rooms are certainly not new and furnished in a unique way that may not suit everybody's personal taste, but the price and location cannot be overlooked.”
